These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sedam Intelligence website and AI receptionist services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Sedam Intelligence provides AI-powered phone answering, lead capture, appointment booking, and call management services for businesses. Our AI agent answers calls on your behalf, follows your configured scripts and preferences, and delivers call summaries and notifications.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Be authorized to act on behalf of the business you are registering
- Keep your account information up to date
3. Plans & Pricing
- Starter ($47/mo): 150 minutes. Includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
- Pro ($97/mo): 300 minutes. Credit card required at signup.
- Enterprise ($297/mo): 1500 minutes. Credit card required at signup.
All prices are in CAD and subject to applicable taxes. Overage minutes are billed at the rate specified for your plan. Need multiple phone lines? Contact us for a custom quote.
4. Free Trial
The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you will be asked to subscribe to continue service. If you do not subscribe, your AI agent will be deactivated.
5. Billing & Cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@sedamintelligence.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Engage in any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity
- Make or receive calls that violate telemarketing or anti-spam laws
- Misrepresent the AI agent as a human without appropriate disclosure
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
7. Call Recording Consent
Our AI agent may record calls for quality assurance and service delivery. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining consent from callers where required. Sedam Intelligence is not liable for any failure to comply with local recording consent laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology used to deliver our services is the property of Sedam Intelligence. You retain ownership of your business data, call recordings, and any content you provide to us.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sedam Intelligence provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees about uptime, call quality, or AI accuracy. We are not liable for:
- Missed calls due to technical issues or service outages
- Inaccurate information provided by the AI agent
- Lost revenue or business opportunities arising from service use
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for services. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
