Walk in with the work already done

Send Iris the photos of the house you're pitching. Get back the rooms staged six ways, a 30-second film, and a page you can hand the seller — before the presentation. Sellers pick the agent who already did the work. It takes about a minute of your time.

Virtually staged A real Iris render

The cheap ones cost more than they charge

Staging a room with AI is easy to buy and easy to get wrong. Here is what goes wrong, and what Iris does instead.

The picture lies

Cheap AI staging will happily move a wall, add a window or bend a counter to make the room look better. The buyer walks in and feels tricked — and that lands on you, not on the tool.

Iris: furnishes rooms. It does not move walls, windows or fixtures.

The label is your problem

They hand you a clean file and leave the words “virtually staged” to you. A caption you have to remember — and it disappears the second somebody screenshots the photo.

Iris: burns the label into the picture. There is no switch to turn it off.

“Unlimited” means unlimited you

The low price buys a tool, not a finished listing. You still write the prompts, tell it what room it is, and redo the bad one at nine at night.

Iris: you send photos. That is the whole job.

You get files, not a listing

A folder of pictures is where they stop. You still cut the video, write the caption, and the buyer never gets to touch any of it.

Iris: a page in your name. Buyers furnish the rooms themselves, on their phone, and you can send it to as many as you like.

It shows up after you already won the listing

Staging you buy once the seller has signed is a cost you carry. That is the whole reason it gets shopped on price — it can only ever be the cheapest version of a thing you already had to do.

Iris: runs before the presentation, on the house you are pitching. You are not paying to dress a listing. You are paying to walk in with it already made.

So no — Iris is not the cheapest way to stage a room. It is the one you can put in front of a seller. See three renders we refused to publish →
