Getting started
When does Sarah go live?
Sarah goes live for the founding cohort on June 1, 2026. The first 30 Canadian realtors to join the waitlist lock in founding-member pricing ($47 Basic / $97 Pro) for life. After public launch, prices rise to $97 / $167.
How does Sarah know about my business and listings?
After you join the waitlist, you'll fill out a quick 5-minute onboarding form where you tell us:
- Your name and brokerage — so she introduces herself properly
- Areas you serve — for location-specific responses
- Your phone number — for urgent call transfers
- Business hours — when to transfer vs. take messages
- Custom greeting — choose exactly how Sarah answers your calls
What's the difference between Basic ($47) and Pro ($97)?
Basic Plan ($47/month):
- 24/7 call answering and message taking
- Urgent call transfers to your phone
- SMS and email alerts for every call
- 150 minutes included
Pro Plan ($97/month):
- Everything in Basic, plus:
- Lead qualification — Sarah asks budget, timeline, preferences
- Appointment booking — works with Calendly and booking links
- Email collection — captures lead emails for follow-up
- Call recordings & transcripts — full conversation logs
- 300 minutes included
Technical details
How do I forward my existing business number to Sarah?
We'll provide you with Sarah's dedicated Canadian phone number during setup. You have two options:
Option 1: Call Forwarding (Recommended)
Forward your existing business line to Sarah's number. Callers still dial your number, but Sarah answers.
Rogers / Fido: Dial

Telus / Koodo: Dial
Freedom Mobile: Dial
iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → Toggle on → enter Sarah's number
Android: Phone app → Settings → Calls → Call Forwarding → Always forward
Option 2: Use Sarah's Number Directly — update your website and listings with Sarah's number. Many realtors use it as their "office line" while keeping their personal number private.

What if I get more calls than my included minutes?
We send usage alerts when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises. If you consistently need more, we'll help you find the right plan:
- Basic (150 min): Solo agents getting started
- Pro (300 min): Busy agents and growing teams
Is my data secure and private?
Absolutely. We're PIPEDA compliant for Canadian privacy laws:
- All data stored on Canadian servers
- Encrypted call recordings and transcripts
- No data sharing with third parties
- You own all your call data and can export it anytime
Billing & plans
Is the founding-member pricing locked in for life?
Yes. As a founding member, you'll pay $47 (Basic) or $97 (Pro) for as long as you're a customer. When prices rise later (to $97/$167), you keep your original rate. This is our way of thanking early customers who help us launch.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — anytime.
- Upgrade to Pro: Immediate access to all Pro features
- Downgrade to Basic: Takes effect at your next billing cycle
- Founding pricing preserved: You keep your original rates on any plan
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no penalty:
- Cancel through your dashboard or contact us
- Sarah stays active until your current billing period ends
- Export all call data and transcripts
- If you return later, we'll try to restore your founding pricing
