Sedam Staging: your questions

It helps you design a home, business or property listing from a photo. Add furniture, change decor, try paint colours or explore a renovation idea. Choose what to change, pick a look, then sign in to make an image. You can compare the result with the original before you save it.

Free includes 3 images total, with no card. They do not reset each month. One photo in one look uses one image. Free lets you use one photo at a time. Free previews keep Sedam branding and the Virtually staged label. High-resolution images need a paid plan or one-property purchase.

You can choose a photo and look first. We ask you to sign in before uploading the photo for staging. With email signup, confirm your email before making an image. Google and Apple sign-in are also available.

Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP under 40 MB. If your iPhone photo is HEIC, save it as JPEG first. Use a clear photo of the room. We check whether the photo fits the chosen tool before processing.

We compare each staged result with your original photo before sharing it. If the check finds a changed fixed feature, or cannot finish, we try again or show a failure. It is an AI check, so review the result yourself too. It is not a promise that every error will be caught.

Images for listings keep the Virtually staged label on every plan. Paid downloads remove Sedam branding where the plan allows. Personal subscriptions, Pro subscriptions and Ultra subscriptions can choose a private project without a listing label. Those projects cannot use buyer sharing or property photo files.

Pro subscriptions and Ultra subscriptions include buyer pages for property staging images. The $19 one-property purchase unlocks one listing and its buyer page. Free and Personal subscriptions do not include buyer pages. On Pro and Ultra, clients can try new looks using your image allowance and the limits you set. One-property links are view-only. Renovation ideas and private projects cannot use buyer pages. Prices are CAD in Canada and USD elsewhere.

No. It shows actions recorded on the links you share. A link can be forwarded, and one person can use more than one browser. A label you add to a link does not prove who viewed it.

Personal subscriptions are for trying room ideas. Weekly is $5.99 for 10 images every 7 days. Monthly is $9.99 and yearly is $99 paid upfront; both include 25 images per month. Yearly gives you 2 months free compared with paying monthly. Unused images do not carry over. Pro subscriptions include 100 images per month. Ultra subscriptions include 300 images per month and link activity reports. Both Pro and Ultra let clients try new looks within your image allowance. Pro subscriptions and Ultra subscriptions allow up to 20 photos per listing. See plans and payment options before you buy.

No. The current offer includes still photos. Videos may be added later. Your images are not a measured 3D model.

A failed staging image does not use your image allowance. A job still in progress counts while it runs. In My designs, check which images are ready and which failed. You can keep the original or choose another photo.

Return to My designs before starting again. The job may have been accepted even if you did not get the reply. A saved photo draft stays on the same device for 45 minutes. It is not copied to another device.

Tap Billing at the top of the studio. Web purchases use Manage billing. Purchases made in the iPhone app use Apple subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Your completed work stays available.
