Sarah is live now. She's done-for-you: we set her up, you don't lift a finger. Pricing is set on your free Money-Leak Audit — priced to what you're losing, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
How does Sarah know about my business and listings? +
When you come on board, you'll fill out a quick 5-minute onboarding form where you tell us:
  • Your name and brokerage — so she introduces herself properly
  • Areas you serve — for location-specific responses
  • Your phone number — for urgent call transfers
  • Business hours — when to transfer vs. take messages
  • Custom greeting — choose exactly how Sarah answers your calls
Sarah uses this information to give professional, personalized responses to every caller.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro? +
Basic Plan:

Technical details

How do I forward my existing business number to Sarah? +
We'll provide you with Sarah's dedicated Canadian phone number during setup. You have two options:
Option 1: Call Forwarding (Recommended)
Forward your existing business line to Sarah's number. Callers still dial your number, but Sarah answers.

Rogers / Fido: Dial *21*[Sarah's number]# and press call. Cancel: #21#
Bell: Dial *72, then dial Sarah's number. Wait for tone. Cancel: *73
Telus / Koodo: Dial *21*[Sarah's number]#. Cancel: #21#
Freedom Mobile: Dial *21*[Sarah's number]#. Cancel: #21#
iPhone: Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → Toggle on → enter Sarah's number
Android: Phone app → Settings → Calls → Call Forwarding → Always forward
Option 2: Use Sarah's Number Directly — update your website and listings with Sarah's number. Many realtors use it as their "office line" while keeping their personal number private.

Is there a limit on call minutes? +
Every plan includes far more minutes than a busy agent uses — 1,500/month on Basic (about 50 minutes of calls every single day) and 5,000/month on Pro — with no per-minute billing and no surprise overage charges. In the rare case you max out, Sarah takes voicemails and still texts you every message, and we'll move you to a bigger plan. Pick your plan by the features you need, not the call volume:
  • Basic: Solo agents who need their missed calls caught
  • Pro: Agents who want qualification, booking, CRM push, and 10+ languages
  • Premium: Teams who need multiple seats and shared reporting
Upgrade or downgrade anytime with one click.
Is my data secure and private? +
Absolutely. We're PIPEDA compliant for Canadian privacy laws:
  • Recording is announced at the start of every call, as PIPEDA requires
  • Encrypted call recordings and transcripts
  • Your data is never sold or shared with third parties
  • You own all your call data — every recording and transcript is in your dashboard
Your client conversations are as private as if you answered the phone yourself.

How much does Sarah cost? +

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes — anytime.
  • Upgrade to Pro: Immediate access to all Pro features
  • Downgrade to Basic: Takes effect at your next billing cycle
  • Simple billing: You're only ever charged for the plan you're on
Many customers start Basic and upgrade to Pro once they see the lead-quality lift.
What if I need to cancel? +
Cancel anytime, no penalty:
